Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I bought this for my son & was blown away at how comfortable it is! It would hurt my back to sit on his old mattress reading to him, with this mattress I don't experience pain sitting on it or laying with him & his sleep has improved. I'm very happy with my purchase so far.
