Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Good quality. Delivery took a week. So far, I haven’t had any body aches. I used to have an OMF soft mattress so I was hesitant to try this but it was just as good. I haven’t tried sleeping with my hubby with it as he is still away so can’t tell yet if it would be an issue as it was with my previous mattress because hubby is quite heavier than me.
