We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I bought this for my daughter and son-in-law. They are happy with the topper. I followed reviews in making this purchase. After they tried it they've told me they are well rested. Fits nicely they said and considered that it will be able to be laundered at home and see this as a good thing. So thank you. A good value good quality product.

Absolutely beautiful!! Excellent quality, no need to buy a new mattress!!! It’s like putting a cloud ⛅️ on top of my old mattress, such a difference, so soft and comfy. Just like the picture 💜💜💜💜
