Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

While it's expensive, it's totally worth it, transforming our hard mattress to be soft in the right places. Really enjoy sleeping on this, and I think latex keeps cool better than memory foam.

Ordered this mattress topper after searching for a latex one in local stores, but couldn't find one under $500. So, searched on line and found this one at a remarkably less price. Ordered it and it was delivered within two days. Great, prompt service and it is fantastic. Would totally recommend this.
