1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Happy with this purchase - soft fabric bamboo mattress cover which really is water proof without appearing to be so, and no crinkly sound. Good value and I will now purchase for king size bed also.
