1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Great mattress at a great price. I bought this for my granddaughter to help her out when her mattress died. I thought it would get her out of trouble till she could buy a better one and use this as a spare for visitors. She likes it that much she’s going to keep using it. Winner! The delivery was disappointing, I had to make numerous calls trying to find out where it was. The Mydeal people were very helpful and needless to say it finally arrived and all is good.
