2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods

4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now and let’s just say it’s one of the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I wake up from even a short sleep feeling very refreshed. It’s not as firm as stated. I’ll say the firmness is about 7.5/10. That said, it’s still gives good support,very comfortable and worth the price. I just hope it continues to stay this way.
