2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Quality mattress at an unbeatable price. Exactly what I was looking for in terms of firmness and support. Also perfect for me as far as its thickness of 23cm is concerned. Arrived very well packaged and in super condition, much faster too than I expected. Am very happy with my purchase and am sleeping great on my new mattress.
