Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

This is the best pillow for people with neck disorders. I have had one myself and found it to be the best pillow for Osteoarthritis sufferers. Have just bought one for my friend who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and she is finding it to be helping her sleep more comfortably. Highly recommended for Arthritis sufferers.

I wasn’t sure this would work for me but I am pleasantly surprised. I have major muscle issues and over the space of 3 weeks, I have noticed considerable relief of pain and stiffness.
