The 50W compressor is very energy-efficient and consumes as much energy as a conventional fan, which works out to about 1.2kWh for every 24 hours of use. When running on DC power, the battery has a built-in battery charging protection that cuts off charging if the voltage is less than 10.2V to protect the car battery. Not least, the unit comes with a built-in lock to keep the door closed for those rough and bumpy rides. With its spacious interior, the fridge is no small fry in the storage department. It also has adjustable temperature control with seven temperature levels. Had it for over 1year and going well. Ice cubes in our drinks over Christmas. Low power drain, running off 110watt panel with 200amphour batteries.

I'm so glad I purchased this 12v fridge for my van! Very economical on power, uses hardly any! Sleek and compact, looks great, very lightweight. The locking mechanism is a fantastic idea and has saved food plenty of times 😃
