We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. During peak and promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch.

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $149. For purchases less than $149 shipping costs apply.

• Orders are delivered via Australia Post or a registered courier and may require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

• Envelope shipping does not include tracking.

• Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will guide you through the return process. For hygiene reasons, only faulty products can be returned.

• Refills & Samples: These products cannot be returned.

• Hygiene Practices: ADORN is not responsible for products that spoil due to improper hygiene or cleaning, as outlined in the "How to Use" section on the product page.

• Used Products: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used more than halfway.
