Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and any subsequent packing material. Should you require Dollars and Sense to take care of the return shipping, you will be contacted by email from a Customer Service Representative outlining the day of collection, and the cost of return shipping. This return and original shipping fee will then be deducted from your purchase refund should you wish to proceed.
This refund policy only covers unopened and unused items. Goods must be sent back in original condition, inside the original packaging with internal and external tags still attached.
