We will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

Delivery varies by location, once we dispatched your order, we will provide you a tracking number. Please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

Orders will be sent out within 2 business days

• Metro: 1-4 business days

• Regional: 5-7 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind Returns:

Please be advised Modern Art Framing is not accepting any change of mind returns, as our products are made by orders from our factory.

Warranty Claims For Incorrect Shipment or Defect Item(s):

If you receive the incorrect products or products have defects, please contact us immediately to raise a warranty claim or return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Please provide your contact number and email address, so we can send you a return label and arrange a date for the courier driver to pick up the return item(s).
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included.
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse.
