The RF Rope keeps you focused throughout your workout with the anti-slip, tangle-free design. Stop worrying about missing a step with a rope that is too long or short; you can customize the RF Skipping Rope to your exact height with the GND adjustable length system.

Simply remove the black plastic cap from one end of the rope. Loosen the bolt at the top of the handle and pull the cord until the desired length is reached; then firmly tighten the screw, remove the excess length of the cable, and replace the black plastic cap (it is suggested that you only trim one end of the cord).

It can all be done by hand, with no tools needed and completely adjusted in seconds!

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Product with obvious signs of use and/or open.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
