Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

There are cheaper options but if you are an Android user and want full integration with Google Home and it's nest products, this doorbell camera is most convenient. It uses facial recognition software and you can add names to faces. Google hub, speakers will announce who is at the front door. I have multiple Google cameras around my home with these features. So, it makes sense to stick to the one brand with only having to subscribe to Google Nest services. Highly recommended.

Love this, we feel much safer with this security, battery lasts like 2 months, helps keep an eye on when the kids get home off the bus and who is coming and going. video quality is amazing both day and night. picks up people walking past on the street as well, range is great.

Camera quality is great. It connects faster than others that I've tried. It announces on every google Device and shows video on all the Google video devices. Recognises people and packages. Excellent value.
