Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This is great! Allowed us to have coverage over a large home footprint with super fast internet. The modular nature allows you to add on more points which is fantastic!

I got these at a discounted price from MyDeal. Fantastic! Has really cleared up our wifi connectivity issues in our two storey house. Nice looking system too - not bulky like some routers. And the nodes work as speakers which is a nice benefit as well.

Have definitely noticed the difference! We have a two storey house and our router is in the kitchen. I work from home was even having trouble on video calls because there is a wall in between my desk and the router. We now have a node on my desk (covers the lounge room TV as well) and a node upstairs. Looks much nicer than a lot of routers as well. And the nodes work as speakers so you can listen to music or, if you are like my 12 year old son, ask Google what the weather will be like today! Very easy to setup, all done in the Google Home app. Very happy with the purchase through MyDeal - shipping was quick, I think it came a day after I ordered it. Very happy!
