Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) Essential Oil 100mL

Grapefruit Essential Oil is a refreshing oil that helps in the treatment of acne, oily and congested skin. It can provide temporary relief for headaches and relieve symptoms of cold and flu. It also acts as an antiseptic or astringent when applied to the skin (in dilution) and may provide stress relief. Combine with the following essential oils for a detoxifying blend:

Geranium
Lavender
Patchouli
Rosemary

Directions of use:

Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
