We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

It's brilliant! Delivery was so fast! It went up smoothly, the corners do need much longer screws because the 4 layers of metal are too thick, but this was fixed with some wire. It passed the first test on day one when we had a big storm. Bullclips kept the plastic in place and sandbags and rope helped to keep the cover on. I just love the protective space it provides my veggies. If I had the space, I'd buy a second one! Thank you for stocking this wonderful product at such a great price! Happy Gardener
