Delivery varies by location, generally most orders will be received within the timeframes below:

• Metro: 1-4 business days

• Regional: 3-7 business days

Change of Mind Returns:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If the item you’ve ordered is not as you expected or you’ve changed your mind on a party theme we happily accept returns. Our friendly team is always ready to help and provide a solution so that you have the best party shopping experience.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Fees may apply

• Perishable goods are unable to be returned

• Pet costumes/accessories are unable to be returned

• Underwear, hosiery and contact lenses are unable to be returned

• For health and safety reasons, we will only accept returns of the following products in packaging that has clearly remained sealed (ie in a blister pack): socks, teeth, fangs, eyelashes, wigs, wig caps, moustaches, beards, makeup, earrings, prosthetics

Incorrect/Defective Products:

Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to receive a resolution.

Return To Sender Packages:

If you do not take delivery of your order or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us, you will be deducted the return to sender charge from the refund.
