Home Delivery
This item is delivered to you direct from Hampers With Bite, and orders placed are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse.
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from dispatch via Australia Post Standard delivery.
The delivery fee is based on the number of hampers and delivery destination, and will be calculated at checkout when the delivery postcode has been entered.
Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and may incur a return label fee payable by the customer/recipient up to $17.95.
If the customer/ recipient chooses to send a return via their own courier, Hampers With Bite will not be liable for any lost parcels without proof of delivery and recommend using a paid, traceable method of shipping.
Returns that are faulty, damaged or incorrect will not incur a return label cost.
In the instance of faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries Hampers With Bite will assess and offer an appropriate solution, whether that be return, replacement or refund.
Returns are only accepted to the Hampers With Bite Warehouse with prior notification of their receipt.
