2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great value for money, haven't been on a test run yet on a plane, true to measurement, locks and adjustable handle works well and wheels roll freely. A zip away apartment on one side internally.
