Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Metro: 1-4 business days

• Regional: 1-7 business days

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

• The validity of our refunds and exchanges policy is 14 days from the day you have received your order for change of mind.

• If you believe that your item is faulty/damage on arrival please report as soon as possible.

• All apparel has to be new in their original condition that is unworn, unwashed with all packaging & swing tags attached.

• All footwear needs to be unworn without any scuff marks in its original box and all the packaging within.

• If you discard the packaging or damage the labels, swing tags there could be additional repackaging charges or we may refuse to accept the return/exchange.

• Cost of shipping the items for returning products should be paid by you and are non-refundable. Once we receive the items into our warehouse, we will inspect and issue a refund. Original cost of shipping will not be refunded, only the final value of the product will be.

• A restocking fee of 10% will be applicable for all returns, this will be deducted from the original payment method that was used.
