Dual heating modes make this kettle perfect for brewers who value both speed and precision. Boil Mode goes directly to boil-plain and simple. Precision Mode allows you to set any specific temperature between 60 and 96 Celsius, down to the degree.
This accuracy eliminates water temperature as another unknown variable, which enables you to brew more consistent and balanced coffee. It also enables you to brew coffee at lower temperatures than normal, opening up a world of interesting recipes.
Once the target temperature is reached, the kettles Keep Warm function can keep it there for up to fifteen minutes.
The stainless steel kettle body has an 800ml practical capacity. This primary piece sits on the electronic base, which features a digital temperature display and is durably engineered for years of use.

We understand that drinking great coffee is as important as being happy with the coffee gear you purchase to make it! In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Alternative Brewing store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Alternative Brewing is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, gift cards, apparel, books, posters and DVDs. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Alternative Brewing before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Alternative Brewing Team Members for instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
