You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days after we have received your item and inspected it for restocking.
We do not charge any restocking fee however shipping charges paid on your order are Non-Refundable.
If you are returning an item for refund where you have received free shipping, you may be charged for the shipping charges which we paid to deliver your order.
We pay return shipping costs if the return is in result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and you would like to return it for a replacement.
If you would like to return a faulty item for refund where we are able to offer a free replacement, this return will be treated as return for change of mind. Any shipping charges paid on your order in this case will be non-refundable and buyer will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
We happily exchange an item however the free shipping (where offered) only applies to first time shipment on original order. In you would like to exchange for a different size or colour and we are out of stock you’re your desired item, we will try our best to arrange it which may take some time.
