Setting Instructions
1. Hold the "menu" button for at least 2 secondsand release, the LED lights will flash.
2. Short press the "menu" button, the LED 3,4,5,6 will light up one by one in a loop and can set "input source, EDID, Audio embed or extractor, Audio channel" individually.
3. Press the "set" button to change the LED indicator to "On" "Blink" or"Off".

For example, the HDMI2SPW is default to HDMI input 1, to select HDMI input 2, the instruction is:
1. Hold the "menu" button for 2 seconds and release it.
2. Short press the "menu" button till the LED 3 lights up, press the "set" button to set the LED 3"ON";
3. Press the "set" button once again, the LED 3 will be "OFF" and unit is back to HDMI input 1.
FAQ:
Q: I have one 4K TV, and one 1080P TV, and the video source is 4K, what settings should I do to have it one output 4k and one output 1080P?
A: If the video source is Foxtel IQ4 4k, set the EDID to default. (LED 4 off), if it is other 4k sources, you can setthe EDID to either default or copy mode. (LED 4 off or on)
Q: Does HDMI2SPW work with Foxtel IQ4?
A: Yes.
Q: Does this HDMI2SPW have a downscale feature?
A: Yes, it downscales when the EDID is set to Copy and Default, (LED4 is on or off), but not in mix mode. It also downscales the resolution only, not the refresh rate though.Downscale does not support 4K60 4222 signal.

No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

Delivery times
We typically dispatch our goods same day or next day. From there, you can expect 2 - 8 business days Australia wide. Most capital cities can expect 1-2 day delivery times.
Any RTS (Return to Sender) orders due to missing or incorrect address information entered by the buyer may incur an additional charge for redelivery.
