Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I bought this cooker to sample induction cooking to decide between a gas or induction cooktop. It was an annoying learning curve after gas, but that's to be expected. After a week, I got used to it pretty well. i found it very powerful, so the usual setting for most things for me was on the lowest. I can fit my big stock pot on it within the margins easily. I decided to go with a gas cooktop again. But this induction cooker is very good, especially for the price, and will be an extra kitchen asset.

Able to use outside so avoiding smelling up inside, especially fish or browning meat for casseroles etc. Easily cleaned up, no nooks and crannies for grease to accumilate.

Great product. Heat is instant on and instant off and easy to control. Some reviewers thought the fan a bit noisy but not at all.

It's summer! I don't want to use the bbq for 1steak. This little beauty covers all my needs. I can cook outside ,quickly and easy. I'm really happy with my little cooktop.
