Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I love love love this air fryer and cannot live without it! I use it everyday and I have not turned on the oven for a whole year now. I wanted to wait until we had it for a year, before I completed my review and I can honestly say that I have had no issues with it. It cooks everything so well and is so easy to clean. I also love having multiple shelves so that I can cook two things at once. Fits well in the corner of the bench when not in use. Pork roasts are the best cooked in this air fryer!!

sorry for the delay had a few things on my mind product works all right only not happy with the gap beteen the two doors when they closeseems like you can loose vital heat when cooking

Really happy with this air fryer- it is a big one! But it’s a great unit! Efficient & perfect for cooking all sorts of food! My husband questioned why I even have a very expensive oven anymore!
