Heat Holders(R) ULTRA LITE(TM) thermal socks have been designed to provide our famous thermal protection and comfort in a lightweight profile, ideal for wearing in tighter fitting shoes! The socks include a reinforced heel for heavy activity. Heat Holders(R) ULTRA LITE(TM) thermal socks have a short loop length. Heat Holders(R) are made from a specially developed heavy bulk yarn which has extreme thermal qualities. The inside of each sock has been intensively brushed that not only feels sensationally soft but also traps warm air close to the skin keeping your feet warmer for longer. These Socks are longer length, perfect for boots that have a more casual fit or need to be more lightweight.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from confirmed receipt of full clear payment and subject to stock availability.

In general orders are shipped with Australia Post and will be delivered during normal business hours. On occasion other shipping methods may be used where we see the opportunity for faster delivery.

We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of delivery, provided they are still in original condition, unopened with all packaging and tags intact.

To commence a product return and exchange, please email contact us, providing proof of purchase, as well as supporting comments detailing the reason for return / exchange. Please do not return the product before contacting us

All costs associated with the return of exchanged product and the cost of the shipping the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a supplied product is defective, we will arrange an exchange.

Please contact us and provid proof of purchase, supporting comments detailing the request to exchange the product due to a defect and a photo of the product clearly showing the defect.

Upon receipt of the defective product, we’ll inspect to confirm the defect and ship the exchange within 24 hours.

If we have shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will happily exchange the item and dispatch the correct item at our cost.

If you need to return your order, please ensure it is packaged securely and where possible in the original packaging that it was received in.

We strongly recommend that you register the package and obtain a tracking number for delivery confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
