Shipping Details

• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • VIC, NSW & QLD Mertro: 2-3 business days
  • All Other Areas: 7-10 business days

• NOTE: Additional shipping charges are required for products without Shipping Calculator. Please fill in the request form on the product page to receive a shipping quote via email. The email will include a payment link so you can purchase the item including any shipping costs. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your quote.

• DELIVERY NOTE:
  • Signature is required at the time of delivery (unless you give us authority to leave the parcel)
  • In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken back to the Courier Depot or local Post Office (depending on the service used). You will have 48 hours to pick up the parcel before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
  • If an item is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Change of delivery address after the booking has been dispatched will incur a $17 charge.

Warranty Policy

The BBQ Store offers a 12 month warranty on products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
