Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The lovely old fur boy I got this comfy bed for has already started to shred it. We wake up to a virtual ‘snow storm’ every morning. This is not the fault of the lovely bed, but of the obnoxious fur child.

My name is Shazza and I am an old overweight rotti. with arthritis. My lovely mum bought me a size xl and I love it. I sleep on all the time, or just sit in it because it is so comfortable for my aching body. Mum says this was money well spent because she has bought me other beds which I refused to sleep on.
