Steps for usage:

1. Turn on the water.

2. Turn the switch to the ON position.

3. Press the "Open" button in the gun handle.

4. Pull the trigger, high-pressure water will flow out.

You can start cleaning.

5. After cleaning, turn the switch to the OFF position.

6. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet.

7. Turn off the water supply.

8. After turning the motor and water supply, use the escalator gun to depressurize the system.

If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

The product is what I expected. It's light and easy to assemble and use. The PSI output rating maybe slightly exaggerated as I also have a petrol engine water pressure machine that states it's psi rating is less but the pressure of the new one is still slightly higher. Delivery was quicker than I expected what with Xmas nearly upon us. Well done!
