We are proud to offer a Hassle-Free Return Policy on all of our products. We hope you are fully satisfied with any product you purchase from us, however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, and the item is eligible for return, you may qualify for a refund with our Hassle-Free Return Policy within 14 days after you received.

-The customer has obtained the required Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any product back for a refund.

-There must not be any missing parts or damage to the product. All items must be in working order and include the manufacturer’s original blank warranty and instruction manual (if applicable).

-The product must be returned in original packaging with all manufacturer accessories and any free promotional items that were included with the original purchase (customers will be charged the full retail price for any missing or damaged accessories or free promotional items).

-Restocking fee will be 20% of price.

-If it is not our faulty return, buyer should pay for return postage and original postage.

-If there is any damaged/faulty return, please send us photos/videos to get a return label.
