Warranty Policy

We provide a 365-day warranty against material defects and workmanship on all our products. This is on top of the 3-12 month manufacturers' warranty already provided with many of our products (please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty period).

The manufacturers' warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of products.

Free & Easy 365-Day Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you're not happy with your product(s), we'll gladly refund you the total product(s) value once we've received the product(s) back at our warehouse. What's more, shipping back to us is completely free - now that's total peace of mind!

If a product becomes faulty or you simply change your mind about your purchase, just contact us and we'll assist you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please Note: Our returns policy is not available for personalised products and orders with a value greater than $1000. Items must be returned in an "as new condition" with original packaging.
