Salt lamps are designed to purify air through the power of hygroscopic meaning that they attract water molecules from the surrounding environment absorbing those molecules along with any foreign particles they may be carrying into the salt crystal.When the lamp is heated and begins the hygroscopic cycling of airborne particles it also changes the charge of the molecules which are released from a positive charge to a negative charge.

Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind must be reported immediately upon receiving the order. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
