1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great product and price and easy to put up and use. We had plenty of updates on when the product was on its way and when we could expect it to arrive and it arrived on the day we were given, so we were very happy.
