Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please contact us to file a warranty claim.
Best Pool Supplies does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Best Pool Supplies expressly disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell.
If the item must be returned to Best Pool Supplies, manufacturer or manufacturer’s warranty agent in order to be serviced or replaced under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping, handling or transportation charges of the product.
RETURNS POLICY
Best Pool Supplies offers 30-day refunds on all purchases
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Best Pool Supplies; you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for refund.
Conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain RAN (Return Authority Number) to return the item.
The returned item must be in unused in its original condition and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
All items expect Daisy Pool Covers and Rollers and Above Ground Pools attract $15 restocking fee.*
All Above Ground Pools and Spas attract a $100 restocking fee.*
Above Ground Pools where the packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
Daisy Pool Covers, Rollers and Accessories attract 15% restocking fee.*
Customer is responsible for the return freight costs.*
Once we receive the returned item we will refund your payment within 5 business days.
*For faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged items, restocking fees do not apply and return freight costs will be covered by Best Pool Supplies. The 30-day return timeframe does not apply to these types of returns.
