To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.

It’s excellent, my little Moodle loves it. He hasn’t learnt how to drop the ball in yet but if I hold it in my hand he’ll nudge it in. Will cry to play with it, his best toy to play with.

The Small Dog Ball Thrower is great unfortunately my poodle needs extra time to learn to put the ball back into the thrower he waits for the ball to be thrown out he fetches the ball but then hides the ball he does not bring it back. More time to teach him.
