4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Very good value for money considering the overall size of the scratcher.

Fantastic product! Our two kittens love climbing this and sleep on a cushion in the bed cube. Easy to put together and quite sturdy considering its height.
