Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Love a 😻 Stroller was easy to constuct, looks fabulous, roomy and well ventilated. Definitely a show stopper. Now just get them in it 😂😻😻🤣

Great product for my little dog but found a bit bulky and hard to put down without taking all the baskets off although I know you can use one for a car seat. Wish I had looked better at it as I would have gone with another style more appropriate for my size dog. Also I found I needed to put a pillow in for more padding for her to sleep on. Good price and well made with quick delivery
