The Ibiyaya Liso Backpack Troller is 2 products in 1. It can be used as a luggage-shaped pet stroller or as a pet backpack, making it a versatile and convenient carrier that will accommodate almost any pet travel need. If you want to carry your pet as a backpack, simply tuck in the handle and use the shoulder straps to travel with your pet hands-free. Covers are provided to hide the handle and wheels if you wish. If you don’t want any strain on your shoulders, the adjustable handle and 360° swivel wheels allow you to comfortably and safely roll your pet around.

Designed with wide front and side openings, this multifunctional pet carrier gives you multiple ways to let your pet in and out of the carrier with ease. Each opening features a mesh window for extra visibility and ventilation while keeping your furry friend secure inside the carrier. For extra comfort, a removable pet cushion is placed on the bottom of the carrier, giving your furry friend the perfect resting spot while on the go. A safety lead is attached on the inside to prevent your pet from jumping out of the carrier and running off.

Warranty Policy

All products from Modern Pet Products come with a 12-month warranty.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of products within 30 days of the sale date for any reason. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra 25% restocking fee.

If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or issue a refund. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged at our expense.

In cases of change of mind or wrong size has been selected, we will accept returns as long as the item purchased is in its original packaging and condition. The return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount. For dog collars, we highly recommend customers to measure the neck size of your dog before purchasing any collar and when it arrives, try it on your pet prior to removing the green product tag.

For personalised products, we offer a modified version of our return policy. Please read below:

Items that are deemed faulty or incorrect to what were ordered can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days.
We will not return or exchange items due to incorrect size choice, change of mind or if washing instructions have not been followed. As items are custom made prior to checking out please ensure that correct spelling, design and size have been chosen.
