The ICB Blue Medium Density Covered orthotic combines a medium density EVA around the heel cup and arch with a softer density for fore foot comfort.
Recommended for patient who exhibits medium pronation, ideal for sporting footware.
Available in 2 styles: 3/4 Length, Full Length. Please check our store listing for the 3/4 Length style.
** Note : Patients may require a few days to gain full compliance to the support and control offered by the ICB Blue Medium Density Covered Full Length Orthotics. **
For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.
a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
