We can not send to some regional and rural area. Unfortunately we don’t have the full list of these area or post code until we received an order and check with our couriers. We’ll send you a notice if your post code is in the exclusion area. The order will be canceled and full refund will be issued. Your post code will be added to our exclusion list after the cancelation. We thank you for your understanding and will improve our service as better as we can.

Warranty Policy

All product comes with a 12 month warranty. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most items come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not comletely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
