Orange has been traditionally used in aromatherapy for relief of sleeplessness, relief of symptoms of the common cold and beneficial during times of stress. Rose Otto has been traditionally used in aromatherapy for relief of menstrual pain and cramps, settling and uplifting during times of nervous unrest, and provide relief from dry skin, skin inflammation and mild dermatitis.
