Set includes: Waterless Diffuser – adopts the latest nebulizing technology to release a fine cool mist composed entirely of pure essential oils, resulting in a much stronger, high potency aroma dispersed throughout the air without the need for heat or water. ie: Sleep Essential Oil Blend 10ml – a calming blend of 100% pure Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Mandarin & Valerian essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy to reduce restlessness & improve quality of sleep. ie: Sleep Roll On – the ie: Sleep essential oil blend combined in a nourishing carrier oil base for convenient application

How To Use: Waterless Instructions: 1. Remove the nozzle by pushing upright through the hole in the base of the diffuser. Attach your In Essence Pure Essential Oil into the nozzle (bottles sizes up to 20mL Compatible). Secure nozzle back into the diffuser, ensuring the marked arrows are aligned (avoid chemical, synthetic oils as these will cause the diffuser to malfunction). 2. Hold the POWER button to turn on the diffuser. This will activate Intermittent mist dispersion. Intermittent mist intervals can be adjusted by further pressing the power button. 1st Press: On 10sec, Off 60sec, Repeat. 2nd Press: On 20sec, Off 60sec, Repeat. 3rd Press: On 30sec, Off 60sec, Repeat. 3. Press TIMER to activate the timer mode (30/60/90 mins). To turn off the diffuser at any time, hold the POWER button. NOTE: Compatible with essential oil bottles no larger than 20mL. Not all essential oil bottles may be suitable. For full instructions refer to the manual enclosed. Responsible use of Essential Oils Adults Only. Not to be taken. Keep out of reach of children Roll On Instructions: Apply a small amount as required up to 6 times per day to abdomen, chest and back, or to wrist and inhale. Oil Instructions: Diffuse: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser (If you are using a diffuser that requires water). Massage: Add 6 Drops to (0.2mL) 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.
