Care Instructions;

Recommend to placing silk pillowcases inside a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase to avoid damage caused by the drum. Select a cool, delicate cycle (temperature not higher than 30oC). Alternatively you can hand wash in warm water.

All parcels will be dispatched through Australia Post. If no one is home it will be carded for a collection at the local post office with a signature and ID.

We do not give any refunds for change of mind purchases, exchange only.
Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.
