The Insta360 ONE R 4K Edition is one of the key configurations of the modular ONE R action camera system. The 4K Edition includes the Core module, 4K Wide Angle Mod and the necessary Battery Base that holds the modules together. The Core module, which is the brain, and any other module of your choice, mount side by side on the Battery Base. The different modules can be swapped in interchangeably next to the Core module. A 1" Wide Angle Mod, which captures 5.3K resolution video, is also available, sold separately, and can be swapped in. The ONE R allows you to approach different applications with one system.

All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
