1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

The product is great. The review system sucks.It is too hard to register each step. Most don't accept the stars I choose. Other than that, other sites also offer an additional cover for the product in the purchase price.

This is a great umbrella but needs a little bit of strength to position. I’m 5’3” and need my 6’4” partner to shift the sleeve vertically. Whilst it comes with a cross base stand it needs heavy weights to keep it upright. The slightest wind will see it topple over. I had to separately purchase the required weights, costing me a further $119. Given what I paid for the umbrella, this was still value for money as in total (umbrella + base) it cost me $189, delivered. If you are thinking of purchasing this umbrella, make sure you purchased the weighted plates (with pins) so that you can use it immediately on arrival.

It only took under a minute to set up the umbrella. The umbrella is large and can be moved easily, for the price this is a bargain!
