1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Bought 2 of these umbrellas for my son and daughter in law for their large back patio. They are extremely pleased with them as they are good quality, look great, are easy to operate with the wind up/down handle and provide excellent shade. We already have one for our courtyard. Would highly recommend them.

Fab! Love the colour. Good shade coverage. Easy to assemble. So inexpensive easy wind up. Slower delivery due to circumstances at the moment, but well worth the wait. Would recommend!
