1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Fantastic product , though the frame work wasn't sew into the canopy properly n I will need to sew it onto it ,to give it strength! It wasn't put together right! I don't have pics of it right now ...
