1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great no fuss way to keep your outdoor umbrella up and stop it falling over in wind and rain. Just had to put them in place and fill with water!
